David Stone: Pinot Noir

Wow it’s been a moment since I’ve logged in. I’m super excited to almost be done with the summer semester and blessed to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I haven’t been able to try this Pinot Noir yet, but when I do I hope to have a positive experience.

I hope everyone is having a good summer. ๐Ÿ™‚

Wine Review number 2

So tonight’s wine was something I tried while out on hookah night, in case anyone is interested, watermelon mint is a good flavor to try.

Tonight’s wine was Sanford’s Chardonnay, and it was so delicious. What I liked about this wine, is that it has such a smooth yet subtle taste of sweetness. As someone who wants to branch away from desert wines, I thought this was a step in the right direction. The only down side to it, was it was $40.00…..so glad my friend manged to snag this bottle.

So glad though to drink some good wine over Greek food and hookah. ๐Ÿ™‚

Barefoot Refresh: summer red

Okay so tonight is my first entry into my wine journey, so I’m a bit nervous. I’ve always enjoyed sweet white wines, like Moscato, or blush wines like White Merlot. What my goal is with this blog, is to get out of my comfort zone and try new wines. My first wine is Barefoot’s Summer red. What I like about this wine is that it a.) got me out of my comfort zone, and into a red. b.) had a hint of sweet without being overwhelming. ย This red blend is a wonderful blend of Pinor Noir Rose and Moscato.

This wine was bought at Thrifty Liquor and definitely good for this poor college student. ๐Ÿ™‚

Sorry for the poor quality, I'll do better next time.
